🌍 Task Translations
Task Translations allow you to offer tasks in multiple languages so employees can complete them in their preferred language.
The system uses 🤖 AI-powered translation to automatically translate your task form content — saving time and eliminating the need for manual translations.
⚙️ How It Works
Every task includes a form (the content employees see and complete).
By default, the form is created in your system’s default language.
You can add translations by selecting one or more target languages and requesting an AI translation.
The system automatically translates:
🏷️ Field labels
🗂️ Section titles
🔘 Button labels
📝 Text content within the form
Once translations are generated, employees will automatically see the task in their preferred language (based on the languages enabled in your system).
🌐 Language Setup
Before using Task Translations, make sure your system languages are configured:
Go to Configuration > General
Open the Languages tab
Set your default language
Enable additional languages
⚠️ Only languages enabled here will be available as translation targets.
📍 Where to Find It
Go to Configuration > Tasks
Select the task you want to translate
In the Preview panel on the right-hand side, open the 🌐 language dropdown
Select “Add AI Translation” at the bottom of the list
Choose one or more target languages
Click “Request Translation”
✨ The system will generate the translations automatically.

The AI translation includes:
🏷️ Field labels and descriptions
🗂️ Section titles
🔘 Button labels (Next, Previous, Submit)
📝 Text and typography content within the form
🗣️ Supported Languages
The system supports 22 languages, including:

🇫🇷 French
🇩🇪 German
🇳🇱 Dutch
🇪🇸 Spanish
🇮🇹 Italian
🇵🇹 Portuguese
🇵🇱 Polish
And more
If a language is enabled in your system settings, it can be used for task translations.
