  • Look in your spam/junk folder.

  • Double-check for typos in your email, password, or verification code.

Reset link doesn’t work

- Try copying the link directly into your browser- If still broken, contact support for a manual reset

Password created, but can’t log in

- Typos in password- Verification code entered incorrectly- Email not properly configured in system

- Re-enter password carefully- Double-check verification code- If it still fails, contact admin/support to reset password and confirm email setup

“Email and/or password are wrong” after changing email address

- System sync delay after email update

- Wait briefly for sync- If login still fails, contact support to manually synchronize your account
