Accepted Format
To ensure smooth uploads and proper processing within the platform, only the following file formats are accepted:
PDF (.pdf)
JPG (.jpg)
JPEG (.jpeg)
PNG (.png)
Please make sure your documents are saved in one of the above formats before uploading. Files in other formats will not be supported.
Title Restrictions
The length of the document title itself is not an issue. What matters most are the symbols used in the title. Certain characters cannot be processed correctly by the system and may cause errors when uploading or saving the document.
To avoid this, please use only the following characters:
Letters (A–Z, a–z)
Numbers (0–9)
Underscore (_)
Hyphen (-)
Please avoid:
Special characters such as:
\ / : * ? " < > |Greater-than and less-than signs:
