Status Overview

FOD and SOC data can return three types of statuses: Green, Grey, and Red.
Each status follows a different check frequency and validation flow.

Status Logic Table

Category

Status

How Often We Recheck

Description

FOD

Green

Rechecked on the “valid until” date

The decision remains valid until the specified date. It is not checked daily.

FOD

Grey

Rechecked after 30 days

The 30-day timer starts from the moment the Company API was first enabled.

SOC

Green

Rechecked on the “valid until” date

The decision remains valid until the specified date. It is not checked daily.

SOC

Grey

Rechecked after 30 days

The 30-day timer starts from the moment the Company API was first enabled.

FOD

Red

Checked daily after enablement

Daily checks continue unless the status is manually marked as reviewed.

SOC

Red

Checked daily after enablement

Daily checks continue unless the status is manually marked as reviewed.

How Overrides Work

Manual Review Override

When you manually select “Marked as reviewed”, this override takes priority over automatically retrieved red statuses.

  • If FOD or SOC is red but the company is manually reviewed,
→ the company status will show as green, however the FOD and SOC status remain red.

  • The override stays active until a new automatic check changes the status.

What Happens if the Status Turns Red Again?

If, after some time, the FOD or SOC data becomes red again:

  • The manual override is removed

  • The company returns to Review Required

This ensures you always stay compliant with the most recent FOD and SOC decisions.
