The User Report feature allows you to export all user-related data from the NineID platform into an Excel file for further analysis, auditing, or record-keeping.
How to Export a Report
Navigate to the Users section in the management portal.
Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Export to Excel.
An Excel file will be generated and downloaded, containing the user details.
When exporting user data to Excel, the report that is generated depends on the tab you are currently viewing:
Active → Only active users are included in the report.
In Review → Only users flagged for review are included.
Blocked → Only blocked users are shown in the report.
Archived → Only archived users are included.
This allows you to generate focused reports based on the status of the users you want to analyse.
