This error usually means the company still has pending requirements that must be completed before the contractor can be validated and allowed to enter the site.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
✅ Step 1: Go to the Companies Section
In the left-hand menu, click on Companies.
Use the search bar to find the company in question.
✅ Step 2: Identify the Issue
Open the company profile.
At the top of the company dashboard, you may see a warning message (e.g., "This company has open tasks.").
This indicates that some mandatory actions are still pending.
Pending requirements marked with a red dot (🔴) are open or incomplete.
✅ Step 3: Review Pending Requirements (in this example - Tasks)
In the company profile, navigate to the Tasks tab.
Review the list of pending actions (e.g. compliance items - Contractor SHE Agreement, Contracting company -Safety, etc.).
✅ Step 4: Complete the Tasks
Each task will provide instructions on what needs to be done
Complete all the listed tasks, and their status will update from ‘To Do’ to ‘Done’
✅ Step 5: Confirm Company Validation
Once all tasks are completed, the warning banner will disappear and contractor(s) will then be able to enter the site.
