Defining Your Company Branding

As an Admin, you can configure your company’s branding to ensure a consistent look and feel across portals, emails, and reports.

Where to Configure Branding

  1. Go to the Configuration tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Branding.

  3. In the Settings panel, you can define:

    • Company Name – displayed in portals and communications.

    • Accent Color – used across emails and branded items.

    • Contrast Text Color – ensures readability against the accent color.

    • Logo Background Color – the background behind your company logo.

    • Logo – upload your company logo for use in emails and apps.

    • Panorama – image displayed on the login page and check-in tablets.

Don’t forget to click Save Changes to apply your settings.

Where Your Branding Will Be Reflected

Once saved, your branding will be visible in the following areas:

  • Company Portal – your company’s main access portal.

  • Personal Portal – the individual user’s portal view.

  • Generated Emails – all system emails (eg. welcome mail)

  • Site Attendance Report – your branding will appear in the exported report.
