We've shipped a series of improvements across visitor identification, document processing, onboarding, contractor management, reporting, and platform stability. Here's what's new.

Visitor identification got several upgrades: additional nationalities are now supported in visitor vetting, nationality validation was added to pre-registration, and ID-card document review and image handling for site admins have been improved. Badges are more reliable too — badge title length, preferred display name on badges, and PDF filenames for badge downloads have all been fixed, along with device permissions, grace-period field validation, and access-profile categories.

SSO redirects to a requested document now work correctly, and we fixed a missing re-upload task after a document is rejected. Document ownership handling, safety-document verification, document expiry dates in tables, and document links from reports have all been corrected, along with document actions available to parent contractor admins.

SCORM test validation now behaves correctly on commit and full-screen close, retaking failed tests works as expected, and failed tests are no longer shown as complete in the ENTR App. We also fixed duplicate test tasks, compliance-flow save behaviour, and persistence of removed compliance-flow tasks.

We resolved a partner-project authorization issue and improved contractor company search in the partner portal. Adding an existing user to a company now gives clear no-match feedback and archive-user attribution is corrected. Contractor creation using a VAT number and contractor-admin permissions have also been fixed, along with a role-search crash on the persons page and inconsistent company-admin email-field naming.

We fixed a legacy user-properties crash in admin, a supervisor-portal filtering error, and an issue where removing a user via SSO logged them out unexpectedly. SSO notification emails now link directly to the visitor profile.
The mobile app has been redesigned with an updated release pipeline, and we fixed a workspace-removal issue in the mobile app.
Smaller fixes landed too: searchable access and permission role dropdowns, bulk-import role assignment from zone mapping, the system-role list in general settings, and clearer feedback when archiving a user for a future date.
