We've shipped a series of improvements across reporting, document processing, access management, and platform stability. Here's what's new.

We introduced a new Occupancy Report and significantly improved Time on Site reporting — including date validation fixes, pagination, and multisite views. Access log exports now include the Access Badge field, and a new Job Activity Log gives you better operational visibility.

The document pipeline received a batch of reliability improvements: smarter document type detection, better expiry date extraction (including Limosa dates), and fixes for name-matching issues with initials. We also added clearer guidance on supported file types in the upload section.

Zone access is now correctly restored when unarchiving a user, and the ad-hoc check-out flow has been improved. The Entr app no longer blocks check-ins due to expiry warning tasks.

The supervisor flow has been improved, VAT requirement checks now update in real time, and companies can no longer proceed through onboarding without a legal form. Event/project numbers are now unique per record, and an Approval tab has been added.

Fixes across the partner portal (styling, help links, loading behaviour), company profile editing, and subcontractor management. Company documents can now be linked directly to a job, and your own company data/wallet is now accessible from the portal.

The external API now supports updating user groups and exposes event vs. company type on GET types. Several 2.0 UI fixes landed (visits page, log filters, form alignment).
