One of our biggest goals for 2026 was to get updates into your hands faster. We wanted to move to a full system update every single week, starting from the New Year.
It was an ambitious goal, and after a couple of weeks of fine-tuning our internal engines, we made it happen! Since January 20th, we have officially kicked off our weekly release cycle.
What does this mean for you?
Faster Improvements: You’ll see fixes and tweaks landing in the platform every week.
Monthly Summaries: While we’re shipping weekly, we don’t want to flood your inbox. At the end of every month, we’ll bundle the "need-to-know" highlights—new features, big improvements, and helpful fixes—into a digest just like this one.
New Features
🪪 ID-Based Onboarding Task
We’ve overhauled the identification process to make it smoother and more secure.
Scan & Go: Users can now scan their ID or passport to auto-fill profile details.
Smart Detection: Includes intelligent document detection and pre-filled fields.
Verified: Added an optional selfie verification step for that extra layer of security.
🌐 Global Translations & AI
Localizing your workflow is now a one-click job.
Language Settings: Define your organization’s supported languages in one central spot.
AI Translation: Use the new AI toggle in task configurations to instantly translate content across your entire platform.
🙅 Country Blacklisting
To enhance site security, admins can now define a "Blacklist" of countries. If a user identifies as a citizen of a blacklisted country during onboarding, the system will automatically block the registration flow and log the entry.
Key Improvements
Event Review Flexibility: Authorized users can now manually overrule "In Review" statuses (often caused by missing Safety Certificates). Don't worry—to keep things compliant, every override is fully audited in the logs.
Subcontractors in PtW PDFs: Your Permit to Work exports now automatically include a full list of all subcontracting companies and users. This makes signature collection on-site much easier.
Aligned Terminology: To keep things consistent, we’ve renamed "Company owner emails" to "Company admins email" to match the Company Details view.
🐛 Bug Fixes: We've squashed several minor bugs to keep the platform snappy. Your Customer Success Manager will reach out if any specific fixes impact your current setup.
😏 A quick note on timing: We know it’s already February! We appreciate your patience while we settled into this new weekly rhythm. Moving forward, you can expect these bundled summaries to arrive right at the end of each month.
