- System enhancements
- General platform updates

While the monthly overview covers general platform changes, we ensure that you stay informed about the details that matter most to your specific business needs.

If an update directly impacts your unique account configuration or workflows, your Delivery Manager or Customer Success Manager will reach out to you personally to provide specific details and guidance.

Starting January 2026, staying up to date with the latest NineID improvements is easier than ever. We are introducing a dedicated space within your account to keep you informed about our platform's evolution.
