This to safely gain access the production environment of a client, logging in via our support role. That support has the same permissions as an admin and all actions are traceable.
Block User based on ID parameters
You can now set specific rules based on age and nationality. If a contractor's ID meets one of your rules, they will be automatically flagged for review. This new functionality helps you save time and ensures your site's unique entry requirements are always met.
Event requirements
From now on, it is possible to select specific Company Requirements on on event type. When a company is added to an event, and does not meet the event requirements that event is automatically put in review. An Admin can then mark that event as reviewed manually.
Introducing Emergency Features
We've added a new set of tools to help you manage site emergencies with greater confidence and control.
Dedicated Muster Point Report: In the attendance report, all users checked in at a Muster Point are now automatically grouped together. This provides you with an instant, consolidated list of everyone accounted for, helping you quickly verify who is safe and who may still need assistance.
SMS Emergency Notifications: You can now send critical emergency messages directly to your users via SMS from the attendance tab. This new feature ensures you can communicate instantly and effectively with all personnel on-site, providing vital information when every second counts

VCA scope
We understand that managing contractor compliance requires precision. To help you maintain a complete and accurate overview, you can now retrieve, store, and visualize the specific scope of a VCA certificate in addition to its type. This new capability offers you greater clarity and control, ensuring your contractors meet the exact compliance requirements for your site.
ID card upload
Improved error messages when the user did not upload a correct ID card or other identification document.
