Follow the steps below to access the NineID Company Portal of <companyname> for the first time.
Step 1: Check Your Mailbox
You will receive an invitation email from [email protected] to register on the NineID platform of <companyname>.
📌 Important:
If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Click the button “Let’s go already!” to continue.
Step 2: Register Your Account
You will be redirected to the NineID registration page.
Click on 'Account Setup'. Depending on your company’s configuration, additional tasks may be required before the QR code is generated.
Enter the required details:
Click “Continue.”
Step 3: Log In to the Company Portal
After completing registration, you’ll see a confirmation that your account has been created successfully.
Click on the Management Portal link or go to https://<companyname>.nineid.cloud.
Log in with:
Your email address
The personal access code you created in Step 2
Once logged in, you will arrive at the <companyname> Company Portal.
