Follow the steps below to access the NineID Company Portal of <companyname> for the first time.
Step 1: Check Your Mailbox
You will receive an invitation email from [email protected] to register on the NineID platform of <companyname>.
đ Important:
If the email doesnât appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
The invitation is sent to the Contractor Admin of your company. This person is responsible for creating the company account and adding employees in the portal.
Click the button âLetâs go already!â to continue.
Step 2: Register Your Account
You will be redirected to the NineID registration page.
Click âAccount Setup.â
Enter the required details:
Click âContinue.â
Step 3: Log In to the Company Portal
After completing registration, youâll see a confirmation that your account has been created successfully.
Go to https://<companyname>.nineid.cloud.
Log in with:
Your email address
The personal access code you created in Step 2
Once logged in, you will arrive at the <companyname> Company Portal, where a welcome message will appear at the top of the screen.
