The Reports section provides detailed insights into user activities and site attendance. Each report can be filtered to analyse specific data sets, helping you focus on the information that matters most.
If you need to share or save the data, you can easily export reports by clicking on the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen..
Access Logs
The Access Logs report provides a detailed, chronological record of every user check-in and check-out event. You can filter the report by selecting a date range.
Timestamp: The date and time of the check-in or check-out event.
First/Last Name: The name of the user.
Companies: The company the user is associated with.
Roles: The roles assigned to the user.
Zone: The zone the user accessed.
Device: The device used for the access event.
Direction: Indicates whether the user was checking in or out.

Daily Site Status
This report gives you a daily summary of user activity on a specific site. You can filter the report by selecting a date range.
First/Last Name: The name of the user.
Time on Site: The total duration the user spent on the site for that day.
Roles: The user's roles.
Companies: The user's associated companies.
Site: The site the user visited.
Time on Site
The Time on Site report shows the total accumulated time a user has spent on a site over a selected period. It represents the total duration a person is ‘checked in’. Once they check out, that period is no longer added to the total.
You can filter this report by a date range, as well as by roles, companies, and site.
