Logs Overview

The Logs section provides a complete, searchable history of all activities within your account. It's organised into several tabs, each dedicated to a specific type of log.

Access Logs

This tab records all user check-in and check-out events. It's a comprehensive history of who was on-site, where they were, and when. You can use the date filter to narrow down the log history.

  • User: The name of the user who performed the action.

  • Zone: The zone the user checked into or out of.

  • Device: The device used for the action (e.g., Kiosk, Mobile).

  • Status: The outcome of the action, such as Checked in, Checked out, or Verification failed.

Event Logs

This log tracks all actions related to events.

  • Actor: The user who initiated the action.

  • Event: The specific event the action was performed on.

  • Action: The type of action that occurred, such as created, deleted, or updated.

Company Logs

This tab provides a history of all actions related to company records.

  • Actor: The user who initiated the action.

  • Group: The company group that was affected.

  • Action: The action that occurred, such as added or changed.

User Logs

The user log details all actions related to user accounts, including profile changes and role assignments.

  • Actor: The user who initiated the action.

  • User: The user profile that was affected.

  • Action: The action that occurred, such as invited or changed last name.

Notification Logs

This log provides a record of all system-generated notifications.

  • Recipients: The user or group that received the notification.

  • Action: The type of notification action (e.g., Reminder calendar invite created, Invite user via mail).

  • Subject: The subject line or purpose of the notification.
