The dashboard provides an interactive, high-level summary of your account's activity and status, allowing you to quickly navigate to key sections.
Quick Stats
The top of the dashboard displays three main, clickable metrics for a quick overview:
Users - On Site: A real-time count of users currently checked in to a site
Users - Checked in today: Count of checked in users for today
Users - Check in last hours: Count of checked in users during last hour
User Activity & Compliance
Daily Users on Site: This interactive bar chart shows user activity over the last 28 days. Hovering over a bar reveals the exact number of unique check-ins for that specific day.
User Compliance: An interactive donut chart visualizes the compliance status of all users. Hovering over a section of the chart highlights that category and displays the exact percentage of users who are Compliant, Pending, To Expire, and Expired. The number of users in each category is also listed below the chart.
Overview Events
This section gives you an overview of ongoing and upcoming events, with clickable boxes for quick access.
Status Breakdown
Ongoing Events: Displays the total number of events that are currently active. Clicking on this box takes you directly to the Events page, filtered to show only ongoing events.
Start Today / Start Tomorrow: Shows the number of events that are scheduled to start today or tomorrow.
Inhoudingsplicht
This section displays the Inhoudingsplicht status (a Dutch/Flemish term referring to mandatory tax or social security withholding obligations) for all registered entities
Status Breakdown
As shown in the pie chart:
Inhoudingsplicht – Active or applicable status
Non Applicable – Not subject to withholding obligations
Needs Manual Check – Requires review (details shown via tooltip on hover)
Navigation Tabs
At the top of the dashboard, there are tabs for quick navigation to other key pages:
Overview: This is the main dashboard you are viewing.
Approvals: Takes you to a page where you can see all pending approvals that require your attention.
To Review: Directs you to a list of users whose records require review, such as those with non-compliant tasks.
Attendance: Provides a detailed overview of all users currently on-site for the day, including their first name, last name, zone, roles, company, and the timestamp of their check-in / check-out. You can search or filter this list to find specific users.
Toggling Section Visibility
The dashboard allows users to show or hide specific sections for a customised view.
Steps:
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) icon in the top-right corner, next to the Admin menu.
A checklist menu will appear.
Use the checkboxes to toggle visibility of the following dashboard sections:

Compliance Section
Event Overview
