Optimized Social Security BE flow

We've streamlined the Social Security BE task for a more intelligent and user-friendly experience. Key improvements include:

Smart Country Detection: The system now automatically determines the residence country of your selected group, streamlining the initial steps. If you're linked to multiple groups, you'll first select the relevant one.

Tailored Independent User Handling: We've significantly enhanced how we handle independent users:
You'll now be prompted to upload proof of independence immediately, or request an exception when you don’t have a specific document. In a next step we will also integrate directly with the KBO retrieve the required documentation automatically.

This addition ensures robust validation and saves your confirmation as a verifiable document.

Access app

We've improved the Access app for a clearer and more intuitive experience:

• Instant Login Links: Get your login link immediately after setting up your account with username/password.

• "In Review" Clarity: If your account is "in review," a clear message will state you can't access the site yet.

• User Interface Polishes: Enjoy new tooltips under user names (matching column width), a collapsed QR code for "in review" users (unless a Kiosk task is pending), and a consistent logo height.

• Rewatchable tasks: it will now be possible to rewatch tasks that are successfully completed at all times.

inhoudings-plicht

This release introduces a new feature that makes it easier for you to manage your legal obligations. We've added a clear, visual indicator for 'Inhoudingsplicht' status directly to the company details overview and the companies table, giving you instant insight into your obligations regarding ‘inhoudingsplicht’. This update is designed to save you time and provide peace of mind, ensuring you can effortlessly stay compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Check-in-at-work

This release brings a powerful integration with the Belgian Checkinatwork service, enabling automated and effortless registration of your on-site workforce. By connecting NineID directly to the official government system, we've streamlined a mandatory compliance task, giving you a centralized way to ensure legal compliance, save time, and gain greater peace of mind.

User Merging

You can now select multiple users directly from the User table using checkboxes. Once two or more users are selected, the Merge Users option becomes available.

The Merge Interface: To initiate the merge, simply click the three-dots menu in the top-right corner of the user table and select "Merge Users." This will open a new pop-up window where you can consolidate the user profiles.

Handling Unique Parameters: For fields that must be unique (like a primary email address), a dropdown menu will display all the unique values from the selected user profiles. You can easily choose the correct value to carry over to the new, merged profile. If a unique parameter has the same value across all selected users, the field will be pre-filled and locked to prevent accidental changes.

Managing Multi-Entry Parameters: For parameters that can have multiple values (such as roles or groups), we display these as "pills." This gives you a clear overview of all the roles and groups associated with the users being merged. You can easily remove any unnecessary roles or groups by simply clicking the "X" icon on the corresponding pill.

Tables

We've renamed the "All" tab to "Active" to better reflect its content. This tab will continue to display only active entries, making it clearer and more intuitive for you to find what you're looking for.

Block creation of duplicate groups

This release introduces a new feature that prevents the creation of duplicate groups by checking for existing VAT numbers. This real-time validation shows an error message and disables the save button if a duplicate is found, ensuring your data remains accurate and consistent.
